After a fierce bidding war, the Aston Martin DB10 raised £2.4 Million in a charity auction this week. Only ten Aston Martin DB10’s were ever made and only one released for sale, so this DB10 is a true collectors Supercar.
The DB10 has a 4.7-litre V8 engine which develops around 500bhp. It has a 0-62mph time of around four seconds and a top speed of 190mph. The Supercar also has a plaque signed by Spectre Actor Daniel Craig. Unfortunately you won’t see it pass you in the outside lane though – the Supercar is not a production model so it cannot be driven on public roads.
Although the auction at Christies expected the DB10 to sell for between £1 – £1.5 million, the extreme rarity and popularity of the car led to the amazing sale price of £2.4 Million, raising money for Medecins sans Frontieres and The United Nations Mine Action Service
