Whilst we love supplying Supercars for weddings, lately the Northern Supercar Hire team have also been busy organising self-drive Supercar hire for newlyweds. As well as enjoying their Supercar for their wedding, some savvy Supercar lovers have been planning a once in a lifetime honeymoon tour – in a Supercar!
Honeymoon Supercar Hire Road Trip
For supercar lovers, a Supercar Hire Road Trip is an excellent way to combine beautiful scenery and relaxation, with luxury and opulence. Our first itinerary includes a relaxed trip around some of Scotland’s most scenic driving routes. We would suggest an Aston Martin Virage for this trip. This Aston Martin is beautiful, opulent and a dream to drive. It offers plenty of luggage space and a beautifully stylish interior.
For our fist Supercar Driving route, we would recommend starting in the vibrant City of Glasgow and driving up to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. No visit to the national Park would be complete without taking in the amazing viewpoints found throughout the landscape, including the An Ceann Mòr at Inveruglas. After a day exploring this beautiful area, enjoy driving your Supercar over to Oban. Again, delightful scenery is to be found around every bend. The highest point on the road is called the Rest and Be Thankful, which offers arguably some of the best views in Scotland. Stopping at the traditional town of Inverary on the backs of Loch Fyne will give you the opportunity to taste some of the best Scottish seafood. After enjoying a stay in Oban, head back to Stirling. Again, this route offers breath-taking views and striking viewpoints. In Stirling be sure to visit the Castle and enjoy some luxury at the Stirling Highland Hotel.
If you’d like to go further into the highlands of Scotland, the North Coast 500 is a specially designed a 500 mile road trip around the rugged and beautiful Northern Highlands, perfect for a ‘get away from it all escape’. Starting in Inverness, the route also takes in the Black Isle, Easter Ross, Caithness, Sutherland, Wester Ross.
